The BIS 24 mobile application provides a convenient platform for individual clients of PJSC “Bank of Investments and Savings” to access their banking services remotely. The app offers a range of functionalities designed to facilitate everyday banking activities with a focus on security and user convenience.

Features include:

• Viewing account balances for current accounts, credits, and deposits
• Transferring funds between personal accounts and cards, as well as to third parties
• Online management of payment cards, including blocking/unblocking and limit adjustments
• Creating payment and transaction templates for faster processing
• Replenishing deposits and repaying loans within the bank system
• Accessing detailed receipts for payments and transfers
• Generating statements and reviewing transaction histories

Additional functionalities include:

• Submitting loan applications directly through the app
• Applying for new payment cards
• Consulting real-time exchange rates
• Viewing bank news updates
• Locating the nearest bank branches via geolocation services
• Providing feedback to the bank for service improvements

Please note that the use of the BIS 24 app requires enabling security features such as screen lock functions, PIN, graphical or digital codes, FaceID, or TouchID on your smartphone. The app cannot be used if these features are disabled.
